Crafting authentic narratives and unforgettable experiences across the South African media landscape.
Welcome! I’m Tshiamo Modisane, and for over fourteen years, I’ve had the privilege of shaping stories, creating experiences, and building connections that resonate across South Africa’s vibrant media and entertainment landscape.
I describe myself as a 360-degree media hub because my journey has taken me through every corner of the industry. From the glossy pages of True Love Magazine to the pulsing energy of live television on Real Goboza, from intimate podcast conversations to the grand stage of the South African Music Awards, I’ve learned that great storytelling knows no single medium.
Whether I’m hosting red carpet events, presenting on radio, MC-ing at corpoate functions, or delivering keynote speeches, I bring authenticity and energy to every platform.
In March 2025, I added “published author” to my repertoire with the release of my book “I AM TSHIAMO”, published by Penguin Publishers. This personal milestone represents not just a culmination of my experiences, but a deepening of my commitment to authentic storytelling that inspires and connects. The book is available on my website and on Amazon.com.
My debut book “I AM TSHIAMO”, published by Penguin Publishers, shares my journey through the media industry, offering insights and inspiration for the next generation of creatives. Available on my website and Amazon.com.
Currently producing content for Real Goboza at Urban Brew Studios, where I capture the pulse of South African entertainment and bring celebrity stories to screens across the nation.
Experienced red carpet host, radio presenter, MC, and keynote speaker who commands any stage with confidence and authenticity. From intimate podcast conversations to major industry events, I connect with audiences through compelling storytelling.
Founder and Executive Producer of Krayzi Kreatives Media, a dynamic production company delivering innovative content, event management, and creative solutions for entertainment and corporate clients across South Africa.
As Head of Sponsorships for the 2025 South African Music Awards, I orchestrated multi-million rand partnerships and brought brands to life on one of South Africa’s biggest stages.
Founder of the Linzy-Linsay Foundation, named after my late mother, dedicated to empowering trans youth through skills development, mentorship, and resources for building independent, authentic lives.
My path through media has been wonderfully diverse. I started in retail at Edgars, moved into fashion styling, then discovered my passion for editorial work at True Love Magazine. There, I wore many hats: Beauty Assistant Editor, Fashion and Beauty Assistant, and Public Relations Officer, where I honed my skills in event planning and strategic communications. My work as a lifestyle and entertainment writer for The Citizen Newspaper deepened my understanding of South Africa’s cultural landscape, while my role as host and producer of “The Transcript with Tshiamo” taught me the power of authentic conversation.
In 2022, I founded Krayzi Kreatives Media, bringing together all these threads of experience into a production company that delivers innovative content and unforgettable events. Through Krayzi Kreatives Media, I continue to push creative boundaries and bring bold visions to life for clients across the entertainment and corporate sectors. Beyond my professional work, I established the Linzy-Linsay Foundation, named in loving memory of my late mother. This foundation holds a special place in my heart as it seeks to empower and develop skills and knowledge for trans youth who need independence from their communities. Through mentorship, education, and resources, we’re creating pathways for young people to build authentic, self-sufficient lives. This work reminds me daily that storytelling and advocacy go hand in hand, and that our platforms carry responsibility as much as they do opportunity.
Whether I’m coordinating a major awards show, producing television content, styling a cover shoot, or writing an article, my approach remains consistent: authenticity first. I believe the best work happens when we honour the truth of a story and the people at its heart.
As both talent and production crew, I bring a unique perspective to every project. I understand what it takes to shine in front of the camera and the meticulous planning required behind the scenes. This dual insight allows me to create experiences that resonate deeply with audiences while meeting the strategic objectives of brands and partners.
“I’ve learned that the magic happens at the intersection of preparation, passion, and authenticity. Every project is an opportunity to create something meaningful, and every platform is a chance to uplift others.”
Based in Johannesburg, I’m always excited to connect with fellow creatives, brands seeking authentic storytelling, organizations looking for impactful event experiences, and anyone passionate about using media as a force for positive change. Whether through Krayzi Kreatives Media or the Linzy-Linsay Foundation, I’m committed to creating work that matters and opening doors for the next generation.
